Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Paisley is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating under registration number 9012511. We provide clinically supervised weight loss services, including prescription and non-prescription treatments, to patients in Paisley and across the UK.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet our clinical eligibility criteria. Our prescribers will assess your suitability based on the information you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure all information submitted is truthful and up to date. Providing false information may constitute a criminal offence and will result in immediate termination of your account.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment by one of our registered prescribers. No prescription will be issued unless it is clinically appropriate for you.
Prescriptions are valid for the period stated on the prescription. We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription. We do not accept prescriptions issued by third parties outside our service. Our pharmacists retain the right to decline to dispense any prescription at their professional discretion.
Payment is required in full at the point of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical assessment has been completed, regardless of whether a prescription is issued. Medication charges will be refunded in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy below.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is to UK addresses only. All medications are dispatched in secure, discreet packaging.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather conditions, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by our pharmacist. To cancel, contact us immediately at the details provided on our website.
Once a prescription medication has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for that medication under UK pharmaceutical regulations. This is for patient safety reasons. If your medication arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the matter promptly.
Our services do not replace your regular GP or primary care provider. The information and treatments we provide are intended to complement, not substitute, professional medical advice from your usual healthcare team.
We strongly encourage you to inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service. Pharmacy Weight Loss Paisley accepts no liability for adverse outcomes resulting from information withheld during your consultation or for self-administration errors.

We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
